I don't care what car you roll up in Bruce. Just make sure you bring enough money to lose.

Big Tony won, and unseated Red Bull John from his throne. For now.

Great to see everyone again, and that was fun. Arvin, the food was absolutely amazing!

Did anyone else almost doze off while driving home?

My 3 cups of coffee kept me awake for the 20 minute drive back home. I was taking my time. Saw Tony in the G and Bruce pass me up on I 80. Damn I had a message waiting for me when I got home. I had to go in to work I will be here til 9pm. I am tired.

Arvin:

Thanks for hosting the poker night. I am still drooling over those smokey bbq ribs. Everything was great!

Dang... sorry to have missed this one (and considering that it was close enough to get home in three minutes ). I got an emergency tech call on the road at 6pm, so $120/hour sounded like better odds than I might've fared at that table...

Didn't have anyone's number (of those attending) or I would've called someone to let you guys know....

Hey Bruce,

I didn't recall your name on the poker list... all I remembered was Arvin, John, Tony, George... and I don't have any of their numbers (at least handy... that is, from shift33's laminate card).

I didn't think you were going, I knew that Yuichi wasn't, Henry was going to be very late if he was going at all, and I knew that Michelle wasn't going to go either... you guys are the only BA Z member numbers that I readily have.

Dude, you should've hit me up though, I got home at around 11 or so (I didn't know how long the game would be going). You coulda bunked at my place... although it would've had to be the floor. I don't have any furniture yet

Hey Brian,

As it turned out, it was a good thing I went home and got some rest. Had lunch with a friend in Mtn View, then spent the afternoon and evening with "my girl" ... she came over and swam, and we just hung out till like 11pm. And dammit all I still didn't screw up enough courage to tell her how I feel. *kicks self*

But yeah, anyway, I needed the energy from a good sleep in my own bed. But I'll take a rain check, m'kay?

Indian Poker was too funny.

I don't think John folded on any hand, it was more of us folding on the hands because of John have so good cards. I think John had 3 9's on one of the hands. Got to play that again.

We should have callnames:
1. Royal Flush John
2. Quad King Dave
3. Wrap Around Straight Bruce, j/k
4. Beginner Sean
5. All-in Arvin
6. Trip-Ace Tony
