Default Need new tires . . which ones and where that's cheap in Bay Area

I think I have a small leak in my front tire and I guess it's about time to get new ones after about 27K on the current set of orginal stock track rims.

So what is the best bang for the buck and where in the bay area? I'm going down to socal Friday so would need it asap. I've had Toyo proxies in the past and loved them but they're really soft and don't last long.

Anychance I can get away with just changing the fronts? or do I have to do all four?

If you need the rears, I've got a pair of Toyo Proxes T1-S that might be available. (I have to double-check if the other person still wants them.)

They're brand new, never been mounted.
Stock size 245/45/18

I'm looking to get $300 for them.
