What is everyone's plan for heading over to Tampa? Is everyone booking a room for the weekend?

 

I'm staying @ my sister's. There's an exotic drag racing event the next day.

Anyone else staying over Friday night? I'm probably driving down from GA that day with Sharif so I'm probably staying over Friday night.

 

I'm staying Friday night. The host hotel is the Wingate Inn, phone # is 1-727-299-9800, $65/night. May have to check out the drag racing on Sunday too, looks fun!

Maybe we should meet up on the 2nd for a meet @ hooters, just to get a total of everyone that heading over on fri and others on Sat...or something short.

 

I might be staying over night on Sat. my wife has a meeting Monday in Tampa.

 

Excellent idea! Let's make it happen guys. It would be good to be able to coordinate caravans for Friday and/or Saturday.

Looks like Sundays even is not open to the public and private to those racing.

That's what it sounds like to me. I'm starting to get tired of the "exotic" snobbery. I think I should get a Porsche as my daily driver and my Z will be the weekend toy.

 

Can't We all just get along. Im going Sat. Morning dont know about anyone else but when is the caravan going to be set up. i.e. Place and Time.

 

Anyone got any meeting spot ideas? All I can think of is the Hess out there by Champions Gate.

 

As long as its on the way and not going towards Daytona anything is cool with me.
