Anyone from OZOC that wants to come along with the G members are more than welcome to. Again, it's free to go and the parking is free for up to 3 hours. I just need a count of all of who's going. We had a great time on Tuesday, tonight should be no exception.
I had to pay $8 last time because I was like 10 minutes over the 3 hour limit grrrr..

Steph - heard about what that guy said about your girl. Yes, its childish and immature, but man, I would've still taken the first flight over to Hawaii to beat him to a pulp over it. I'm big on respect - say what you want, but don't try to disrespect me. The problem with people like that is that they're big over the internet because they feel "safe" at home on their little computer. But the p**y won't do that to someone's face. Gone are the days when you could take them outside and just beat the snot out of them with no retribution. When people want to race, you take it to the track. When you wanna fight, I say take it to the ring. I have no problems with that.

Ask Veronica - some girls gave her a weird look when she pulled up at Checkers last month and I got out of my car and came around to her driver's side window just in case. But the girl just asked about our cars and asked if we raced them. I said ohhhhhhhh. Here I thought she was going to give V some crap over it and we were going to have to throw down. lol

Volk GT-F (Diamond cut) with Gold inserts

Don't remember who makes these, there a friends company here locally I think. I love the step lip.

Nice.

I have a question for anyone that can answer. I am looking at after market radiators and I keep reading people asking if this will fit with a TN kit. Does the kit interfere with aftermarket radiators? I thought the radiator was a direct replacement?

It depends. Some are exactly the same in depth as the stock, but they are also available fatter (more cooling rows) that will make it thicker. I know in the TN kit you have to be carefull because the turbo is right in front, so just getting an aluminum radiator with the stock depth will do and will be about 30% more efficient that stock due to its ability to dissapate heat better. Also, some dont have the stock mounting holes for the stock fans. You might have to make custom brackets or if your going to do that just get better fans like SPAL wich spin faster and cool alot better. They also sound cool as hell.

Hope that helps.

Default Tire shop recommendations?

Looking for a trustworthy place to patch/plug a tire that can work on 20s and runflats. Any suggestions?

It's a GT-R tire. If two dealerships and two performance shops won't touch it, I'm not taking a chance at doing it myself.

it's not difficult to do, they just arent willing to take the liability on a 100,000$ car. I know when i patched my own car I didn't care where the hole was but we only patched customer cars if they were at least an inch from the sidewall just to cover our ***.

I figure you got 3 options:
a) plug/patch yourself (and take full responsibility)
b) Buy a new tire
c) find a shop dumb enough to take full responsibility for their plug

i forgot option d) maybe you got a friend who'd be willing to do it since you won't him if anything might happen (touch wood of course)

Sorry to hear about the leak tho, good luck and let us know what you decided.

A tire is a tire no matter what car it's on. Dealership's won't touch it becasue they wanna sell you a new tire. Where is the hole on the tire? Pic? If it's close to the sidewall then your gonna have to buy a new one no matter what.

I agree, if you go to carlito's tires on forsyth off of 50 they will do it. That is where we went to one of the shows. They have the ability to mess with larger than 20" tires. They look questionable but their shop does great work.

I agree with the take the tire off and take it there. This way they dont know what kind of car it comes on.

No questions, but as they say. If you can afford a car that expensive, then you can afford to buy a new tire. j/k

waiting for your rsvp..........

The last part of your line is starred out. I'm guessing that the "nice people" at the stealership didn't wanna touch the car and you had some choice words in there for em. lol
