Default Feeling for Single Exhaust

Personally i don't like the look of dual exhaust IMO. I was thinking of just a nice single one. On a side note does any one here know if that would be to constricting for the exhaust gases to freely flow out, because the design of the nismo exhaust would be the same as a single just with out the dual exits. Sorry if i don't make any sense I'm kinda tired and want to go to sleep now.

If you're not going turbo having a single is fine. If turbo then bigger piping single or twin would be better. I'll get you a Greddy Ti-C exhaust for $675 shipped if you're interested. Below is a picture.

They have a few 3" singles. AAM and JIC make em.

Would that Greddy Ti-C be big enough for twins later on, cause currently our car is s/c and i would like the look of a single but the performance of a true dual or would that be contradicting. If that exhaust is good enough for twins later on then that is a very tempting offer.

The question you should be asking is are you going to build your motor? If not then a single 3" set up can carry you to the 500's. The mistake some people make including me is that when you don't clearly define your goals before hand you end up wasting money.

You could always just buy a canister and go custom from a shop like RAD Motorsports.

I don't recommend this exhaust for large power. It would be better to get a bigger dual exhaust such as greddy evo TT.

Jic That is a pretty looking exhaust. Yea your right i should be asking myself what are my power goals go i dont end up spending wasted money on parts that arent going to meet them. And by built motor do you mean forged internals and sleeved block?

The muffler doesnt give me 100hp to the the tires you friggin dumbass, but coupled with the single turbo it does. Why dont you figure out wtf you are talking about before posting. Why split the header coming off of a downpipe?

lol, I think I know a little about the Z and I have done a lot of work on my car. Sometimes I break stuff and other times it all goes well but I will say that sometimes I hear the dumbest things come from people's mouth and it saddens me..lol

I'm switching to single exhaust! =D Greddy Ti-C.

no one mind the people who bag on single's, do whatever you feel is right for you. just because the car came with dual doesn't mean you can't experiment. i mean the car didn't come with turbo doesn't mean you can't put a turbo yannoe ... and so on.

I think just because of the stock rear bumper it makes it kill the symmetry .. since it has the two semi holes. but you could say it kills the symmetry of any other car yannoe?
