Never tried them, but for the price the Tein Flex are a great deal. Independant height, spring rate, and dampening. More than what 90% of what people hear need. Even just a Tein Spring upgrade did wonders for the cars handeling.

Realitively little if any. For instance the loop going from H1 to 78, I take that arround 55-65 depending on the weather, no tire screaching no slippping and the car squats into the turn. Never realy wans to roll out of the turns ever.

I also have the GT spec full chassis bracing (front lateral, chassis ladder bar, rear lower and upper lateral); so there realy isnt any flex in the body that Ive noticed either. Over all its a rock solid car.

You may want to look at getting the EDFC unit as well. Makes it REAL easy to adjust the dampening force. Makes a BIG diffrence in ride quality and handeling when you are trying to push the limits.
