Unfortunate that most people here can't discern rap from hip hop. I'd love to see Strange Fruit Project - but if people ain't talking about making money, or saying the same hook line 20 million times in a song, or have lyrics that actually require thinking it won't sell.

My girlfriend was commenting on how awesome Lupe should be, but wonders - how many people in Hawaii actually know of Mr. Fiasco? He's not a huge self promoter like Kanye(who's concert was half empty), has no gold teeth, doesn't place himself in videos next to Bentleys, or 300C's (Fake Bentley's) with a hundred women, but damn if his lyrics ain't 1,000,000 better.

I'll prolly come out sometime. I'm usually pretty busy. Although truth be known, I haven't done cruises since the early 2000's. I kind of stay out of the local scene. Too much drama.

 

even if you don't cruise we meet up atleast once a week, mostly to see what everyones done to their cars and also cuz theres new people showing up every week. I personally never make it out cruising with everyone on thursdays because of work the next morning but i come to the meet up cuz its cool to see everyones cars and what everyones working on.

 

Aww yeah. Maybe I should bring cones since there's so many of us coming out. Hopefully EVERYONE on our end shows up. If they do it'll be a pretty sick turnout.

well, the cruise was fun and the G's where really nice! to bad me and jeff wait for like 45 min by ourself for other Z's. anyway was a good time!

yeah...i worked. and it turned out that i was late for work, too.

in fact, my good friend of mine went on the cruise, too, but he was rolling with HPM i think (hawaii performance mustangs) with his Mach1. if i knew he was going, i would've tagged along with you guys...

oh wells, next time.

speaking of which, got a possible other Z32 to come along on the thursday meets, but his car is undergoing a build, so it might not be for a few weeks.

other than that, hope you guys had fun today. i spent my day being a costco slave.......................

Hey we would of came but...no way in hell was I gonna bring my dirty turbo charged mazda 6 haha. We thought about just seperating and being a passenger with one of you guys each...but...we didnt have our phones to call you guys in time. Hope you guys had fun...I miss my Z!!! Damn Nissan!
