if i kant get the rims off bostonZ should i do this??




heres the given situation:
The tires on my Z right now are ripped to pieces. Theyre pretty much slicks with no tread. So I was looking around and found a set of stock G35 19" Rays. They will be going on my Z which will be putting down 450-475ish whp. The thing is I dont really have much cash on me as building my motor burned a big hole in my pocket. So im fairly short on resources. Now, my dad is going to be driving the car for most of the time because right now im in san francisco and the car is in hawaii. So right now i just need to put tires on the car more than anything. It will be cheaper to do it this way. So if I cant get BostonZ's rims because he already has someone that is interested in them, I was looking at going this route.

 

You "kan" get those if you like, you "kan" also do a better photochop job. lol

 

i like um, but if ur going big baller on the engine u might wanna get some wide rims for traction

 

my logic is that its better to go this way because at the moment i just need tires.. because my tires are just wasted. theyre pretty much slicks. and the price im getting them at its cheaper to just buy the rims and tires. so i can just save for latter on. because right now im only gonna be doing about 450-475ish whp. 400whp was manageable on the stocks so im hopping for the same thing. i can always just get new ones later. its just to get me over and for my dad to drive the car around with until the summer. put it that way. because he uses my z when my brother drives his truck since im stuck in sf..
