Default Photoshoot/Meet

Some new members here have popped up... and others have some camera gear I'm sure they're dying to test... still others have new parts to show.

Sooooo... let's set up a photoshoot at a location. Preferably an industrial site where no one will bother us, or any scenic spot where nobody will bother us.

Suggestions on date and place. This should take place early morning or late afternoon, for obvious reasons.

Post the suggestions.

Here's mine though... if anyone can get an empty hanger that houses jets/planes, that would be optimal.

I suggest putting the date far enough in advance so everybody.....well most everybody can make it.

We need to figure out WHEN we want to do the photoshoot, such as a weekday or a weekend first. From there we can plan an acutal date.

I'm good for weekends only. No matter whether its Saturaday or Sunday...anytime works for me

Sunday is the best bet if you want daylight. Erwin's days off are Thursday and Sunday.

Yup, I think a Sunday would be best.

I was thinking Lanikai would be nice if somebody wants to put their car on the boat dock... but our cars might get egged.

I encourage everyone even remotely interested to put their input into this and come out. Even if you are bone stock and just want to cruise and see or talk to "your kind," come on out.

Oooooooo... my nads hurt from that one.

Anyways! How's about here: there's a place off Geiger in Ewa Beach

near the train museum... near Varona Village (Banana Camp). There is a huge space there with abandoned warehouses and all kinds of places to take shots. We can even go to the train museum... and Kapolei has a bunch of construction going on. On sundays, the workers are off and would be a great opportunity.

But what would really be sick is ROLLING SHOTS.

Imagine rolling shots with the water and beach as a background. Waianae's coast will only be right there. Also, Makaha Beach in the morning would be sick.

Couldn't really take a good pic back then... but you get the drift.
