I know we all have lives and stuff, which is understandable, but we should set up some huge z cruise, on a date that majority can make it. Maybe we can post the date of that cruise, on the back of those cards your making.
Well just an idea to get this going.

^^I agree. We should do more "get together's" then just meets. The last meet I went to was fun, but it was more aimed towards "who" might show up, then getting to know each other on a personal basis.
We should get together for hooters/zippy's night's (just a incentive to come out) and do that every other week. From reading other regions threads, "every week meets" are an overkill, people get sick of coming out.
From there we can move on to bigger and better things like round-island cruises and BBQ meets...I'm just thinking out loud

well we always meet at the same time, thursday nights, maybe it would be better for other people to meet at different times, i'll go make a poll and see what works best for people

My cousin has a wrx with a stage 5 Ultimate Racing kit (GT35R)and spent about $20K in the install, tuning, and misc sh*t. He dyno'd at 335 to the wheels. Joe just spent $3000 6psi procharger, $??? misc parts and tunig, and already hit 350 whp... god dammit!! Fricken Z's are awsome!
**Sorry, i don't know why i added this last paragraph. In fact, i don't why i'm writing anything... shoots, see u guys on friday. (buzzing little bit)
Thanks bro...you keeep buzz'n. Yeah, maybe the price and the caliber of person who drive the Zs is a determining factor...if you noticed most Z guys are a little older and may have other things in life/family/work..etc. to do then just hang out. Case in point, if you noticed that when the G35 guys meet on their cruise's most of those guys aren't young kids and most of time have their wives or significant other with them. There are alot Z lovers who are older who buy the Z for its heritage not just cause it looks good and can get the girls, therefore having other priorities and not willing to hang out all night. That maybe on one reason also for poor attendance. Also, there are alot Zs on the Island but alot are not on the forum and don't even know or heard of the forum. That is another reason for poor turnout. Joe just spent $3000 6psi procharger, $??? misc parts and tunig, and already hit 350 whp... god dammit!! Fricken Z's are awsome! I spent well over a grand more in parts that didn't have anything to do with the procharger installation. Headers, spacers, test pipes etc. I wanted to do it right the first time and not keep adding things later. Because of the price of the procharger and install, I could afford the other things to make procharger do its job and perform better. Even with the 9psi pulley isn't that expensive to buy, just put on the pulleys, retune. Most likely get a upgraded fuel system with it that isn't expensive either. The whole setup and what I paid in parts and tune was a good deal.....now that bang for the buck

I just think it's the price of the Z's, and the majority of the people that buy these cars aren't into these types of functions. Well, in hawaii... They say wrx is the best "bang for your buck" when it comes to performance.

I guess I'm one of those, I always wanted a Z ever since my neighbor had a 240z sitting in there garage...then the 300zx in middle school came out in TT! I Finally got my Fairlady! but yeah hard to hang out with family business to run, wife, mortgage....It took me a year just to save up to buy my kit
I wish I could stay out all night to just cruise the island or have a poker run around the island...that would be fun!
