that's going to be a lot of Z's rolling in at once for passes! lol

 

Most of us showing have military stickers already. I suggest you go early individually and get your pass. If you want to roll with the Zs showing....thats cool but If you're not showing, you can't go all they way in the showing area anyway.

 

nah, i got no problem getting in. I've got decals to get on base too. can't make that day though...got plans already. have fun though!

 

so are we meetin up early somewhere??What time does the show start?? or what time does our cars have to be at the location??

i think we have to be staged by 130, so plan backwards to that. i think we should meet up somewhere bout noonish. and then just roll in from there. any suggestions from anyone bout where to meet?

 

yah should meet up around noon time. meet up place would be same place (pearl ridge zippy's) unless you guys have any other ideas of where to meet up.

 

We're meeting up at the NEX (our normal meeting spot for anything slightly important). There's plenty of room.

If you guys want, we can all roll in together. We have a few tents we're gonna bring and a BBQ and a few other things.

 

So how do you register? I want to come and be part of the fun.

nex sounds good close to where were going and i agree lots of room for us to stage...

 

click on the link "build the track" the scroll down to register for 4th show...all the info you need. Also, by reading this, the set up time starts at 10am. We may need to setup a little earlier. NEX parking lot sounds the best spot and is closer to Pearl harbor...right down the street....and big enough to stage. my vote, NEX parking lot. oh, there are alot of nice pics for those who missed the build the track show.

According to the link, we have to be set up by 1:00. Setup time starts at 10am. I suggest we met at NEX 10:30, roll out at 11:00 or if everybody showing gets there at 10:30 we roll out. Setup...tents, stage. Hopefully we'll get a good spot unless we have one already pre-selected. Basically we need to be finished and In our spot before 1:00 and not moving out at 1:00. What you guys think?...plus that give alittle time for whomever needs to get passes to enter the post.

Just a heads up... the earlier you go, the better. I was in the show last year and it was already pretty packed with cars just after roll-in started.

The spots are not pre-planned. You line up as you come in.

My club will be rolling ~0945 to make the roll-in time of 1000.

Since we know now that the spots are not preplaned...how about we bump it up 30 minutes. Meet at 10:00 roll out at 10:30. I like that better. We meet at the NEX...just encase everybody is there, roll out earlier. I just want to get a good spot for set up..etc. So....down for 10:00 roll out at 10:30???

 

10:00 sounds good, do we have a number yet so we know how many people to look for. and if everyone does get there early we can roll early for good spots
