I just found a nail embedded in my rear right tire today. Does anyone know where I can get it removed and patched? and how reliable is a patched tire?

All you need is a pair of pliers and a trip to Checkers/NAPA, etc. Pull the nail yourself. The parts store cary plug kits for the tires. Do the repair somewhere that's got a compressor.

Rex's Tire by the Inifinity by the airport. Those guys are awesome. Great customer service and they definitely know what they are doing... this is for an aftermarket/low pro tire mostly. stock tires you can do yourself. $5 kit at walmart.
