Don't have all the details nor know fact from fiction... His command is not going to take interest in his personal dealings with a car club over money matters. Unless what he did is illegal under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, would they entertain such a thing based off of his Staff NCO's viewings and ultimately his Commanding Officer. They don't give a damn about a car club or any deficiencies therof. Im a Staff Sergeant of 10 years in the USMC, and I can tell you, there is no need to persuit. It won't yield you any results. The crew is going to have to take a hit, use it as a learning lesson and move on. Have a great day.
I'm a Marine, I could get ahold of his command and him for you. Did you guys have a contract or something? Because if there isn't paperwork the command won't do **** on it probably. Just saying, if youre basing this on a verbal agreement the command is useless unless he fesses up to it also.
