hey i know theres some marines on here.... well i have some friends that are in a little situation...

we got a guy thats a marine that screwed over a crew out here and he owes them alot of money.... dont know what unit he belongs to. the club president secretary has talked to the guy nicely and he just blows them off and now is dodging them. all the club wants is for the guy to pay them back.

so what im asking is how could we figure out what unit he belongs to and how we could get a hold of his command...

any help will be greatly appreciated

If you know his name it's really easy to find out what unit he's in. Using MOL any Marine could simply type in his name and find out where he is.

I'm a Marine, I could get ahold of his command and him for you. Did you guys have a contract or something? Because if there isn't paperwork the command won't do **** on it probably. Just saying, if youre basing this on a verbal agreement the command is useless unless he fesses up to it also.

PM me with details and I'll get on MOL and try to find him, I'll ask around if I don't know him also.

 

Call the PACOM Inspector General, make an official complaint. They will get contact his Commander, 1SG and deal with you/him in order to resolve the issue. Yes, it is a civil matter and can be taken to small claims court..... But commands do discipline military members for lacking financial responsibility. Call them and they will locate him and his command, done deal. uh, yeah this is my job
