Carmel kind of a wierd question and off topic (sorry guys)but does your wife have a website that includes her work out routine and diet? If not does she have some strong gudelines? My girl is shaped very similar to your wifes and has the potential to get to that level of development. I cant train her all the time and our gym times are different due to work. Shes doing the basic stuff and is genteticallly gifted to respond to almost anything. When I can I go to her gym or bring her to mine, I've just havn't had a chance to get a whole routine down for her. She gets plenty of "advice" from all the wannabes at her gym but she is serious about it and I want to get her the best information possible. Your wife is in phenomenal shape congratulations. It takes a lot of work to get that way so I applaud her for that and you for having her too!

It is a forum alot of the pro competitors chat (both men and women). It is a good place to start. My wife and I train together so it is a good source of time we have to talk to each other. It is very good way of keeping our relationship strong.
Thanks man. I hear ya but I do the 9-5 corporate and she runs a salon with all sorts of wierd hours. Actually do go to Musclemayhem but shes newer to the whole scene than I am and would love to take advice from a female that is in the shape she is trying to reach and can look up to. Its kinda difficult when she goes in the gym and all the female "trainers" aren't even as good shape as she is. Picture a chubby guy in a Bally's shirt telling you to do your abs "this way" so that you "really can get them to show" cuz your not doing it the way he was does. k doen hijacking the thread.

Out of curiousity, what spurred you to become a premier member if all of the things I listed have no meaning for you? I know it's OT, and I'm sorry for that, I just see alot of dissent about the "premier membership" (not just from you), and while I see the points you're making, you still decided to pay the fee.
