want to buy digital camera

I was interested in buying a digital camera. nothing too fancy. I want to be able to do some kind of manual focus and i want to be able to take quick pics. I have had some sony digital cameras, and their start up time is too slow. My max budget is 350 dollars. Can somebody give me some suggestions. thanks.

I have a Panasonic LUMIX DMC-FX9 digi camera for sale.

Excellent camera. I tend to have a shaky hand when taking pics and this camera eliminates the "blurry" "fuzzy" pictures.

Picture quality is excellent IMO.
