I happen to be a Satans place right now. My mother-in-law said she doesn't have any.

Is it in the Beyond section where you can also pick up the universal remotes?

yeah i know. will do. Thanks.

Is it cause of my angle? or how can i fix that... because if i turn the exposure down then that turns it down for the car as well... Without using artificial light, how would i fix that?

you can try to meter the light on the sky or somewhere else to see if it fixes it.. doubt it tho as the camera doesn't see light the same way your eye does.. If you don't want to use artificial lighting to fill the foreground, you can try HDR and light meter the sky or just not shoot with a sky that bright ie. choose another backdrop or angle...

what time of day was it? Not sure when you took your pictures but the ideal time for a car photoshoot is near dawn or dusk.. that's when lighting is most ideal (sun low in sky and not as intense) and sometimes the sky looks incredible during sunset or sunrise.. I like cloudy skies too, sometimes passing clouds will help you out along with making the background interesting..

it was around 7 pm. sun was pretty low. Ive been learning HDR and ill do that the next time i take pictures.

as for the angle, i think since the sky was directly behind the car and right infront of the camera, the overexposure might have been caused by that.

ahhh you definately want to take pics with the sun behind you.. it will illuminate the car and not cause the sky to be blown out like that..

You have waaay too much sky in those washed out shots. You may have pulled them off if you took tem 1 - 1.5 hours later in the day. Even with cloud cover, try not include the sky during that time of the day unless you're doing HDR. Always have the sun at your back as much as possible but angle enough to not include your shadow when shadows are long. Utilize a circular polarizer to reduce glare off the car. If your RAW pics look a little dull with the polarizer, you can always make minor color adjustments in PS. Steady your shots a bit more. You can really see camera shake in the trees & grass. If you want, you can increase shutter speed to reduce camera shake but this may create a little bit more noise.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I am in the process of getting a big tripod for the next time I take pictures. I think I will get a polarizer as well. Will that help with the washed out sky as well?. As for shutter speed, ill see how that affects the picture. I think it will be a lot better with the tripod.
Thanks for all the input.
