Default Can someone help me out photoshopping this logo?

Hey guys, im almost on my finished product of my business cards, i just wanted to photoshop one piece of my logo, perhaps someone could help me out, would be greatly appreciated.

Here is my rough logo

What i wanted to do is kind of blend in the 2 brush figures. I wanted to use the 2nd brushes look/style, with the smile, i wanted it to be yellow instead of white and give it a wink like the smiley face in the 1st picture. I also wanted to use that blue hard hat from the smiley face in the 1st picture. I know that the 2nd brush picture is copywrighted so i didnt want to copy it to the exact...

I have photoshop, i just have no idea how to do this..

If someone can help, i thank you

You should have licensed spelled correctly before sending the cards to print....

^ hahaha
this is something that should be handled in Illustrator, not PS. Besides, it will look like crap when you print it if you don't have it in some sort of vector-based format.

sorry if this is a newb type question, but can you explain to me why it needs to be in a vector based format, and not just made in PS to print on a business card properly? i'm kind of working on a similar project for a class in school and don't want it to suck.

Haha...I've seen that before and I've actually opted not to do business with them just because of the typo.
