Default Adding image as watermark

How do I add this image to show as my watermark in a photo, using photoshop.

Covert to a PNG file, cropped of course (Transparent Background). Then copy the layer over to the new image.

Crop the file to a smaller pic (just the actual pic size). Then save as a .png file and make sure the background is set to transparent. Afterwards, check the layer's window, right click "background layer" and dupliate to the other picture.

Up on your tool bar in PS you just click & hold "filter" scroll down to Digimarc ---and then "embed watermark" ....easy.

edit: you might have to register your water mark thru PS or Adobe.

I did it, but all I did was open my watermark magnetic laso it, and cut it, pasted it in my photo, and moved it. And resized it. Worked well.
