I'm not very familiar with that color, but I had a Porsche saved to my HD that I think is "laguna seca blue" so I used that as a base/comparison color.

Nexx- Kit does look great in White....But I love my Laguna Seca Blue

I am definitely getting the kit, just not the authentic one for obvious reasons

Moforeynolds- Thanks for the photoshop....I think Laguna seca blue is a tad bit darker... I am planning on running carbon fiber on the top and laguna on the bottom. Here is a pic of my car, same color scheme just with the Amuse supperleggera kit

ahhhhh, gotcha. Is this closer?

This is the 911 I had saved on my HD that I thought was "laguna seca blue", but it's actually "riviera blue":

Default Nice

I had that color and loved it. I had to part with it but happy to have an ultra yellow.

not coming down on you, but in 2 words, you don't

the 'replica' kits are not really replicas at all...they are 'kinda-sortas'. Lots of differences between the genuine and the replica, they've been outlined before

to do the full kit, correctly, is an expensive process, but then again, anything worth having, and changing the look of the car this dramatically, usually is. Paint and body work alone on a kit of this type is substantial, if your end goal is to have it look like it came that way and not tacked on.

None of them come with inner fender liners, not even the genuine kit. Though that is something any body shop competant enough to handle a kit like this can fabricate.

that being said, we have a genuine spoiler in stock for the SL kit that would be willing to let go. It's not going to be cheap, but it is real.

there is no replica hood made either - again just ones that people tried to make look close. The genuine hood is only offered in dry carbon (double layer, pretty sweet piece), and I know part of the reason was to discourage replicas, as the entry price was intentionally high.

How much does a kit like this typically cost to install+paint if you do not do it yourself?

So did anything ever come of the hood, or wide body install?

No go on the hood!

It's an easy job but being it I did it myself. I had a brain lapse and cut too much which made the hood lose all it's structure.

It still fits and work as a hood but I fear at high speeds it will catch air and go airborne. The hood weights nothing now...

So it's sitting on the side of my house...
