ive been thinking about doing this to my G but have a question... after getting the titan v8 put in... when you buy other mods such as exhaust, plenum spacer, etc would you still be able to use the g35 mods or you would have get customized titan ones?

Minimum $15K but thats just my guess. If you are going to go this route, you had better do a lot of planning in advance and decide FI via ST, TT or SC. This is not the type of project you do piecemeal like building up your Z over the course of 3 years. This seems more like a kind of "all or nothing project." You are of course turning your car over to someone (Performance shop)for about 3-4 months (maybe longer) unless you live like across the street from the installer/tuner, adding mods here and there doesn't seem practical.

actually the motor fits right in, it requires no cutting on the actual car. we are working on another 350z with the titan swap. we are trying a few different ways to actually make this a practical swap. it will probably cost around 10,000 dollars including the engine. we are working on the small things, like the power steering, AC , and the ecu issues. we almost have it all figured out though.
i just dont want any bugs when we offer it to the public as a swap.

you are correct sir, BUT you will be starting with right under 400 whp on a stock motor. easily good for 550 on pump with A LOT more torque to play with. the engines are close in weight and i am building one right now to see what it will be capable of when built correctly.
