Can you meth addicts please explain.....

I dont have Nitrous and never used them before. Most meth kit will have its own nozzle and line since both has to be able to handle Meth not to mention it has to be in a specific pressure for the meth/water to atomize. My quick answer is no.

I'm curious what is this thick SS line for? It is to close to the throttle body to be the meth line.

and why 2 lines into the nozzle? Isn't the water/meth mixure done at the time of filling the container????

Thats a ZEX Nozzle....and look just below the turn valve...thats a purple ZEX bottle

Don't hold out...what were the numbers on spray??

To answer some questions...

No the nitrous was not used, and i doubt it will be, but like the owner said, it was in the car prior so he left the nice pretty ZEX kit in for looks..

The Meth line is seperate and is prior to the Zex Nozzles, unseen in the pictures.

The Braided SS line tha Athen asked about goes to the breather/PCV valve on the valve cover, and routes to that catch can in the front.

I think I recall that...There are people that doubt the effectiveness of meth, without fully understanding what METH/Water injection actually does..

in a nutshell meth dont actually make power on a car, but the cooling effects of the meth effect several factors that allow a skiled tuner to change certain parameters and go closer to "the edge" safely to make power..
Here is another METH thread..

meth itself doesnt add power without more timing or that it makes it safer to run more psi ....and that thread about zcon was totally different.
Basically he had 9 psi and claimed 430 whp dynojet with out any proof. Also this guy had stock block and was making ridiculous claims.
He never had the ***** to back up his numbers....

Julian, what are your thoughts on the SSV? Does it seem to make power on FI setups?

I Think the SSV is a piece of chrome plated dookie on a stick with sprinkles and whipped cream, topped with a cherry..

I honestly felt the plenum was a major factor on choking off the power on this car also. The SSV appears to be less volume than the stock plenum itself.IMHO a stock plenum with a spacer, or an APS tall boy produces more power than all of the fancy plenums out there, including the Cosworth..(sorry Phil.) Case in point, I have made power to 7800 rpms with no fall off, with an APS tall boy..

Yes it will. I'm preety sure the cooling effect from meth will yield you more power. You will also be able too run leaner without detonation...Saying meth doesn't add power in your terms, is like saying running a FI car without an intercooler then adding one and saying O the intercooler didn't add any power.

Nice job Julian and MRC!

What kind of numbers would you expect with the same kit on a stock block?
