Got her a free truck so that I don't have to try to fit things in the hatch or put anything on the passenger's seat. 1st gear is shot, it's tearing apart the drive belt and theres a few things missing... she needs work...
It was a gift from my younger brother. I gave him a 2008 Nissan X-terra last year since he was doing well in college. Dude works the night shift and made the dean's list.
He gave cha boi a 95 that doesn't run. She looks rough but I plan on dropping a 4.3 V6 Vortec from a newer S-10 or a used LS1. Whichever is cheaper.
Truck as it sits, left. Truck in the middle is the goal, The red s10+ knockoff wheels. Gonna make is rain like weezy.
Added pics of the Malinois aka Chuck Nasty in his usual sleeping position...

The federals are a "140" but really they're more like a 100 at best. Friend of mine that's running the re71r said he would love to run the 595 if they were legal because of price point and their grip. Previously riding in a 700hp evo with them around the track, his description was "it was on rails."

So... I have a few questions
What's up with the "tow hook" on the cage?
Are you going to put padding on the cage?
Are you tracking the car? If so, you may want to look at a different cage.. there's a reason we call them crushcos.. also the fact that it doesn't meet NASA/SCCA spec
But I do love the way those seats look.

The 'tow hook' you're referring to is a tsurikawa.
Yes the cage will receive some padding.
I could give two fcks about NASA/SCCA spec. Here's an awesome photo for you, for the next time you wanna bash someone's Cusco cage.

I should have expected the typical my350z.com response.

I'm glad you're being responsible and padding your cage.
I literally see the same photoset any time I question a Cusco cage... it wasn't a personal attack, you need to chill. As far as a "typical my350z response," I believe you're the instigator here - reading into things a bit much, eh? I was just asking if you were going to track the car, because if so - a different cage was needed. But if you want to go there - the car you posted a picture of had a Cusco cage that was a through-dash type. While it's still not NASA/SCCA sanctioned, it is much stronger than the dash escape type.
They're not called Crushco for nothing.. keep that in mind.
Anyway, not to beat a dead horse - carry on.
