As I got 'er home, it started making a mild and cyclic thump thump thump noise. I suspect a front wheel bearing or something similar as it's in cadence with car speed, thankfully not engine speed. Perfect timing as I planned to tear down the front end in a week or so for general service.
Still won't push this one anywhere near where my Z33 runs but it holds its own up in the hills.

We passed the Camry onto my parents about a month ago... There 98 Buick was becoming a money pit... Its my wife's new car, we just brought it home tonight.
i like driving my mothers... dboy, let me know if it is just me or not... but can you feel the turbo kick in? i will barely push on the accelerator and then it will take off (the best it can that is.....its no vette)
Thank you thank you... We like oddballs, the element isnt exactly winning any beauty pageant... Its an acquired tast I think, we like it... We actually set out to get a honda hrv but once the wife found out it was assembled in mexico she became insta not interested... We checked out and made an offer on a nismo juke but they didnt want to deal, and honestly kinda glad because my wife drives like an old asian lady and she had a hard time getting into the racing style sparco seats...
Trav ill let you know if I ever drive it haha haven't yet... I was driving behind my wife on the way home and noticed a brake light is out wtf.. But o well... Wife is happy its home, and we are now back to our comfortable 4 buggies
