Turbonetics..... My Public Appology
It seems as if I let my emotions make some irrational comments about Turbonetics and the effort they make.
It was wrong of me to make fun of the fact that they have no Stage II setup for the Z yet. How the hell do I know what is going on there. For all I know they could be very hard at work on it, but I made it the butt of jokes in my postings which wasn't fair.
The issues I was having with smoke out my exhaust on decel. It was inconclusive what the cause was as It seems I have had multiple issues and can't figure any of it out. I sent them my turbo and they inspected it the last time and said it was fine. It appears I had other issues with my motor not discovered until now. Jeremy @ The Performance Factory has convinced me that I may or may not be correct that the smoking was an issue ofthe turbo oil seal, but given the circumstances it seams less and less likely to the point where I have conceded I am likely wrong about the seal being compromised.
Making the water cooled bearing section and fitting it to previous customers having seal issues is a huge step up to the plate from Turbonetics. I'm impressed with how they treat their customers.
So to everyone at Turbonetics especially Reggie and Ed..... I'm sorry!
I now return you to your regularly sheduled program.

I have full respect for you Larry and really never had anything against you. I understood your frustration and desperately tried to help you and I hope whatever was said between us can be left behind and we look forward. Larry I always try my best to help our Z brothers and sisters when issues arrive but sometimes we can't get to all of them. I search these forums daily to catch things Reggie, Robert and Craig can't catch. I discussed the seals issue with Reggie and we worked something out and it makes me proud that we can offer this type of service. Either way Larry I hope to see you boosting again regardless of whom you choose to go with. If you need anything let me know you have my email addy or know how to contact me.

Yeah you would need a new engine management system and injectors, etc., but it would be easier for the individual to sort out the details for all of this than the manufacturer. Turbo cars are more complicated and thus more fun to deal with. Have you heaver seen a stage 2 turbo kit for an originally NA car? I haven't. I wish you the best of luck on figuring out your current issues.
I can't believe you did this. Of course I couldn't believe half the things that came from your keyboard either. LOL. Big props to you. I hope you get back on the road soon. I know it must be driving you nuts not to be enjoying the power your going to have.
