Default Pushing The N/A Detonation Limit

now that my mods r kindof addin up, i have concerns about runnin lean and detonatin. i'm fine right now, just i/e, but i'll probly get headers and a plenum soon. how r u guys runnin with these mods and more with the stock ecu and fuel system? my old b16 pinged with just i/h/e, even with the timin bumped back. i'm just throwin it out there to hear how u guys r doin; thanks.

our car will start to retard the timing if it detects some detonation. Its kind of like a failsafe.

I have seen posts from guys running plenums and exhaust and getting 13.5 A/F ratio across the board. The feedback from the ecu/o2 sensor will keep the engine from running lean. The only time you would see trouble is with FI, then you need fuel enrichment.
