Looks awesome. It would be cool if you had a flange right at the last bend so that a small high-flow cat could be added (provided that it would fit). Reason I say this is that it's so much labor to change headers. If you could swap a tiny test pipe out for a tiny cat, you might have a fighting chance to pass emmisions in some states.

That is the game plan! To have high flow cats on the end after the merge collector. You will be able to swap the high flow cats out with a "test pipe" section.
We are jsut working on the header design at the moment.
Thesea re goig to our engine shop next week for dyno work and tuning.
The customer will be able to buy the headers complete with removeable high flow cat and or test pipe or both. The will end where the OEM cats end.

interesting. how do you think those will stack up to the xerds? it looks like the prototype has shorter primaries (xerds go almost all the way to the flange) definitely let us know how these turn out and get us some dynos.

We switched form the Xerd to the crawfords this year with the enw cams we are allowed.
Now we are developing our own headers.
These have primary lenght somewhere between the Xerd and the crawfords.
Sorry for the hi jacking of the thread.

What was the result of switching from Xerd to Crawford headers? This new design looks very promising indeed!!

A-arms look good! I'd have a set in my hands if it weren't for my beater car crapping out on me recently...

I love these a-arms. I figure by the time they come out with a solution for the rear, i just might have enough money saved up to by them. That is if they are making something for the rear. *looks at dwnshift.*

Redfoot,

Have you installed them yet? I was wondering what the level of difficulty might be for a self-install.

If you have access to a lift they are pretty easy. It really depends on how fast you can wrench. I would say 2 hours to 2.5 max if you are taking your time.
If you have worked on the front of the car before it can be done in and hour to 1.5 or less.
The hardest part really is just getting the bolt out of the upper control arms becasue they wont clear through the springs. They come out about 3/4 of the way and run right into the coil.

BJ, Will these delrin bushings eliminate the windup in the rear suspension? Will they work on the OEM suspension pieces?

JMARK,
The windup is in the rear upper arms. These are for our rear lower camber arms.
