As far as I know they are both the same, except the v3 has a tab that lets you reuse the catalytic converter bracket for more support. If anyone else knows the difference they can chime in as well.

i like that brake.
What else i need to have it install on my base Z?
(I have 19 in CE28N, should be clean about the rim)

which brakes are you talking about?
But yeah.. they both would fit 18 inch wheels depending on offset as that is what im using.

sorry no Y pipe with the greddy single ti-c only came with mid pipe and muffler. The Motordyne XYZ pipe worked will with it tho.

lol yeah i was just wanting to confirm its the correct adapter for the Z just because i didnt see a pic of them actually installed or of the adapter. but yeah im assuming it is.

im doing some research on these 17z brakes and it looks like they use 330mm rotors. no issues with running the 355 ones for the 370z?
