The Engine was replaced by the Nissan Dealership in Tustin at 30,000 miles. It has 88,000 on the engine and 118xxx miles on chassis. The original engine was replaced with a brand new OEM engine from the factory because it had an oil consumption issue that was found in some 06 models.

Has a little over $18,000 in aftermarket upgrades. I listed all the upgrades on the bottom of the ad.

Carfax certified, Clean title, no accidents, smogged, and a full synthetic oil change was just done.

Every upgrade and performance part is top of the line.

It has always been maintained at a Nissan Dealership by a master technician. All service records are available and are up to date. $7543 (receipts and records included) in preventative maintenance was recently done because I wasn’t planning on selling the car. This includes a new clutch, new Michelin super sport 4s tires, new coils, new Magnaflow catalytic converter, new radiator, and new sensors.

Exterior:
Paint –Hand wash once a week and waxed at least once every 2 weeks. Detailed once to twice a year. Lambskin wool cloth used for washing and soft microfiber towel used for drying to keep the paint in the best possible condition.There is plenty of clear coat left and has always been garaged.
Rims: 19 inch AME racing rims made in Japan with a custom black that is in between satin and matte. AME TM-02 Wheels- 19 Inch 9.5 and 10.5 wide 22 offset-
Brake system: upgraded 09+370 Akebono Big Brake system, cross drilled rotors, stoptech pads, stainless steel lines with custom white painted calipers.
Front bumper: Aerosync front Bumper custom molded hole in front this is made from poly so it is flexible and very durable.
Headlights: custom iron man headlights that are in immaculate condition and look as crystal clear as a brand new car with an sti lens and HID bulbs and LED turn signals/ reverse lights with resistors installed so that there is no hyperlinking. Bright LEDs everywhere.
Stance GR+ Coilovers Suspension. It has been corner balanced and handles exceptionally well. The suspension is also adjustable so it can easily be raised if it is too low for the buyer.
Greddy Evo 2 Exhaust/ cold air intake/
Jwt clutch and flywheel . Nismo short shifter.
Ichiba Version 2 Spacers
Front SPL and rear SPB Camber makes tire wear as evenly as possible.

Interior:
Black leather interior.
Sound system: Sony XAV 501 headunit does everything from blue-tooth music/ phoncalls and has a bright and beautiful display. All of the speakers have been upgraded to the Alpine Type R series including the tweeters along with an alpine amp and a custom built JL audio subwoofer that was built into the car and covered in dynomat.
The gauges are all custom white LED and had to be soldered. This was done by one of the two shops in the US that offer this service and came with a lifetime warranty.
All of the interior trim was taken apart and wrapped in a 3m black aluminum trip and then fitted with a real carbon fiber trim.
I had the steering wheel made extra thick and wrapped in leather. The same upholstery shop wrapped my gauges, pillars , e-brake, back panels, and headliner with beautiful suede and double stitching in grey all over. The trunk was wrapped in black and chrome carbon fiber vinyl.
The shift **** is made by Nismo , but I had it re-dipped in actual chrome so that the natural oils of your hands will never cause any wear

The car is in an overall beautiful condition. No used car will be 100% flawless, but this is pretty close.

Cons: The rotors are warped. The brakes are fine as of right now, but it will need a new brake job soon. I will take care of this and include a set of drilled and slotted stop tech rotors/ pads plus the cost of labor as part of the sale at no extra cost. I think it is only fair that the buyer has full disclosure and is aware of this before making the purchase.

Also, pre-purchase inspections are more than welcome and encouraged. I will take it to any Nissan Dealer of your choice in Orange County if you would like them to look it over.
