Soleil, what kinda mods are you looking to get? Just curious.. I just put some Volk GTS's on my car last week... as well as a Stillen TD exhaust system.. now I just need to slam my car (maybe 1") to hopefully bring it together some.. as of now.. I am not too happy with the look, but its growing on me.. others here have pointed out to me that my "stock" car doesn't appeal with the rims unless I add some exterior bling.. so yeah, like you.. I am about to spring for some goodies.. thinkin coilovers, front lip, sideskirts... and so on *sigh* the schit never ends..

Anyone have a OEM rear wing they wanna sell?

 

will, how do u like ur stillen? i was thinking about getting that r the greddy evo tt(might be going tt in the future). i'm planning on ordering the mrev2 and spacer next week.

love the Stillen TDs man.. I wasn't able to actually hear the exhaust except for on the internet.. so I took a chance and I couldn't have been happier. It has the deeper tone almost like stock but louder which is what I wanted.. I might have to join you for the scraping the coast show.. let me know as it gets closer..

 

Scrapin the coast is for the mini-trucks IIRC. The trucks with airbag suspensions that try to scrape, etc. (Pointless IMO but I'm sure they'll be other types of vehicles out there just hanging out)

I initially wanted to keep the body for the most part stock.. but with these wheels, it looks weird. And I def need to drop it but I am worried about how it's gonna go with me being here in NOLA with our wonderful roads. So I am going to go with the Tein Basics that way I can adjust the drop according to how many times I a$$ out..

I am going to add a lip and sides (veilside v1) and maybe the OEM wing or Stillen V1 on the back.. so this is nothing too fancy, just add's a bit more to the car. I am also going to shave the front bumper as well. Thing was, I was only going to add the rims and start working on the sound.. then when I put them on, I was shocked. It looks like a 80's hotrod now.. With other peoples input I come to realize every car on here that has the GTS's has a body kit of some sort and is def slammed. Me, I am just stock.. so it didn't quite look as I imagined it would. But it's gonna come together soon. There is a member here "35oZephyR" who has his car setup pretty much the direction I am heading in.. which is not over done at all. Check it:

will, is ur back tire sticking out? u def need to get it drop.. i'm planning on going with a 1'' drop too in the near future

 

it appears to stick out... which I don't like.. but once it's dropped, it will tuck under the fender. I will do about 1" or maybe a tad more.. just all depends. I had to roll the rear fenders to make that offset work. It will come together in time.

If you are looking a 1" drop and a comfortable ride, get the Tanabe GF210s. It is a perfect drop. I do know a couple of people with Zs here in houma but not too many. Mostly middle aged women.

 

I thought of going with springs.. but coilovers made more sense to me.. I wanted to make sure i could make adjustments as/if needed.
