I haven't seen you on this board in a very long time. I assume you and your Z survived Katrina.
You need to come back to BTR Saturday for the Z car show at LeBlanc Nissan in Gonzales. Check out the other thread on it...

Just wanted to chime in on here since they have folks from the area. Basically just trying to learn more on these cars since we dynoed a turbo before and a N/A in the past at our shop. Thanks for all the terrific information and hope to see more of you modding these fine cars.
whats up guys im from LA ill be there next week in baton rouge maybe we can meet up i live near florda and sherwood. but i currently reside in houston maybe we can have a first ever LA meet. if there has not been one already

Whats up local Shreveport/Bossier City Z owners. I am a new Z owner, but currently also have a G35 coupe. I am wanting to put together a meet for some other local 350Z/G35 owners. I already have around nine friends with these cars that we have been modding for a couple of years now. If any other Sport/Bossier City area owners are interested let me know and we can set up a meet for everyone.
Ya'll missed your chance for a really BIG meet last month. The International ZCCA convention was held in Dallas. There were several hundred Zs in attendance.
The LA Z club does a couple car shows throughout the year. We're still trying to schedule one here in BTR, probably within the next couple of months. That will draw 30+ Zs.

I see you've already found the South Central forum where we hang out usually. Once you get your Z (or before then if you'd like), come join us at one of the LA Z Club meetings here in BTR. They are usually held on the 3rd Sunday of the month at George's Southside (Staring Lane @ Highland Rd). Keep an eye out here for announcements, etc.
Are you shopping or did you order one and are awaiting it's arrival?

I'm shopping at the moment. I'll probably be buying from Greg LeBlanc Nissan in Houma. My parents've bought three or four cars from there, so they're willing to give me a bit of a hook-up (something like 25k for a new base model with a few ammemnities).
As far the meets, I'll try to make one as soon as possible. I'm wearing George's Southside shirt right now, actually. I try to eat there at least once a month (Heavy Hit & fried pickles FTW!).
If you remember, shoot me a PM a few days before the monthly meet & I'll try & be there (I work out-of-town, but I try & make it in during the weekends).

I am thinking about setting up the shreveport meet on the last weekend in July. I already have alot of confirmed people and will let you know about an exact date by next week.
