Where in Arkansas are you. There are Z Clubs in Little Rock and northwestern AR. The President of the northwestern club's 350 won best of show at the 2003 (maybe 2004) Z Car Club's of America national show.

Thanks Professional. Also we are having a drive the 25th of March. All are welcome. Some of us from the NW Arkansas area will be meeting with some from LR and Russellville then some from the Springfield area will be meeting us.
We will meet in the Gotter area around the bridge.

Are you coming to the event, but not staying at the hotel?
After spending the past few hours printing off the first batch of a hundred name tags, I came to realize one important thing. About 98% of the people that I have names for are staying at the hotel. I know from experience that we get a MUCH higher percentage of people then that from the surrounding area. We just need to shake a few more registrations out to you guys so we can get your name tags printed.

The two questions that I get most often from event locals are:

What will it cost me if I don't stay at the hotel?
Why should I pre-register for the event?
For starters, here is a quick run down of most of the major event costs:
Approx. $10 per person registration fee.
$20 per adult meal price for the Saturday banquet. (Paid to the hotel.)
$5 per person lunch cost on Saturday for Hot Dogs and Burgers.
Could a person come to the event and not register at all? Yeah.. I suppose that could be done. But you won't get an ID tag, a goodie bag with some GREAT sponsor products, the BZF handouts with maps and other instructions and a chance to win HUNDREDS of dollars worth of give away items during the banquet. (The banquet alone is going to be one heck of a good time. You DON'T want to miss it.)

Why should you register now? To answer that, I offer a glimpse into how banquet management works. We are required to give the restaurant a firm count within a 48 hour period of the banquet. We are also required to provide them with an estimated number of "walk-ups" that they can expect to occur on top of our final list. Once we reach that number YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE RESTAURANT. There is a very simple to avoid this problem.

REGISTER NOW VIA THE EVENT WEBSITE.

Click HERE for a direct link to the registration form!

Be watching for the next full Branson Z Fest news letter to hit your in-box this week. It will be much more of a "general event upate". You won't want to miss it!

Sincerely,

The Branson Z Fest Crew

Hey Tnkrs, I remember you from Branson with the clean Z32 vert and I think your wife has the 35th anni? You and your wife were really nice, as well as the guy from Hot Springs and EVERYONE from Nebraska... but the group with me from Little Rock didn't get much from Branson.. no one was interested in a drive? The guy in charge told us he didn't want to be held liable for any shenanigans or accidents so there were never any scheduled drives. They did not bother to take pictures of all the Z's there. And what was up with that dinner??? We stopped at McDonalds on the way back... what a let down overall.

I'm not complaining, Adam did that for us before we left last year at great length with the coordinator.. but we have had a year to digest it and Branson is out of the question. It's a shame too because there are so many good people like you that attend.

+1 I for one was greatly disappointed in the event last year, I mean the whole thing was based at a hotel??? Didnt have a photo shoot somewhere nice, car show was in the hotel parking lot, having to park next to regular joes in huge ford excursions(door ding city) instead of at least getting that side of the lot for the z's, the dinner was a TOTAL joke, then at the awards presetation you guys give a damn ribbon for stuff???? What happend to trophy's I was so siked to go to this last year to only get bummed out after. The only good that came out of it was meeting dave and kathy, and the nebraska guys. I would reconsider when it's a real show/meet, and a whole lot more organized. otherwise it's like a several hundred dollar weekend for the same thing i could drive down to the local sonic for????
