Trust me its not just me saying this. Whenever I tell people not to shop there they always tell me thats funny because I am not the first person to tell them that. My friends fiance went there and when she asked if they could go lower on the price of a Pathfinder they said they could, but all they would do is up her APR then. She left immediately and she saw 2 other customers leave the same day for other reasons.

Their service dept is the worst also. If you only knew the crap they gave me about the tsb's (tire feathering, rear axle click, etc) you would never go there again. I brought my car in for them to fix my rear axle click and they said they fixed it. I didn't even drive off the lot when I went and picked it up and the click was still there. They did nothing. My steering wheel had the leather cracking after I had the car for 2 months. They said they would order me a new one. They never did and the guy avoided me at all costs after that. I brought it in after it feathered for the 2nd time well within the allowed mileage time and miles for the TSB with only 6000 miles on the new ones. They told me that because I didn't get a front end alignment in between those 6000 miles its my fault they feathered (all with complete attitude in their voice.) Why the hell would I get a front end alignment in a 6000 mile period after I just got one when they last replaced my tires 3 months before? I brought it to Greg Leblanc in Houma. They replaced them no questions asked. Go to Greg Leblanc in Houma if you want a good dealer.
