I have the Stillen now... I liked the way the Nismo sounded at WOT, sounded very mean but normal driving it was... meh. The Nismo also doesn't like test pipes much because the damn thing breaks at the y-pipe or somewhere else.

I'm enjoying the quietness of the Stillen, its odd having a quiet car.

I don't have any vids of the Z with the Stillen yet though.

Nah borla piping is to small i hate to have 2.5 test pipes flowing into 2.25 exhaust. Nexx and myself are trading. I prefer the single exhaust better. Just hope its here before crusing the coast.

 

ain't gonna lie I now have the Z but can't image putting aftermarket exhaust on it only cause the way my old car sounded---->02 Mustang GT procharged with bassani headers, bassani o/f x-pipe and borla cat-back. Also had other mods but since we're on exhaust sound I'll leave it at that. Nothing will compare to that sound except for some car I'll never be able to afford at least for th next 5 years

 

i love my x02 with kinetix high flow cats set up, it's 2.25 piping going into 2.25 exhaust, and it's loud as hell, so i dont know how that combo worked out so well. i dont even know how the x02 exhaust is so loud by itself...

 

I know what you mean. I have the helix test pipes with my xo2. It's pretty dam loud. It has a different sound too. Unlike the nismo or turboxs which is single pipe. All still loud at WOT when paired with test pipes.

Fawk all that, get the Tanabe! Lol. I love my Tanabe exhaust, stock pipes and y pipe. Only mid pipe and exhaust. Ya'll have to agree it sounds nice. It's deep and quiet when you DD it, but get on it and it purrs like a champ!

 

yea the tanabe sounds awesome but for me i like to wake up my neighbors...
