i think from what ive read on the gears, the rpms just go up about 300 for each gear?

I wanna ride after you put them in, to see if I want them. I haven't heard of that many people doing gears in a Z. What are 1/4 mile times?

your gunna have to get the speedo gear that goes into the tranny. kinda like what trucks and shid use

lol also from what ive read, it usually benefits if you get a reflash and get a higher rev limit. im not sure what gear you usually end in the 1/4 but supposedly with only the gears installed and no higher rev limit, youll have to give it an extra shift near the end, hence hurting your time

the gearing will shortin your gears. makin you shift more but also increasing accel but you lose top end

Jeff went from 373s to 411's and his wasn't off that much. Did you roll your fenders yet?

we don't have a speed sensor it reads of our axles for the speedo
