When you encounter a speed bump you basically go sideways, along with every bump/hill now anyways. After you get used to that you tend to learn your city/roads a lot better, knowing which lanes to be in at specific times, know exactly where specific bumps are at, which roads to go on. You'll catch on very fast unless you want getting stuck or scraping/putting holes in the exhaust.
