lulz $400shipped planar pd 7060 720p(darkchip3 DLP) proj. the sony grand wega 3lcd optical block went out wasn't paying close to 1k+ give or take for repair. F sony. hello planar. and yeah 720p movies look way better than that picture but you get da idea.

 

doug i play as much as possible. im on siren server. its a fun game once you get up in the higher levels.

Q, da dealy-o with that planar/planar company if you do some research is that they're some originals from infocus company. infocus esp their 4805 series model pj is and still is a hit. but the/some guys from planar are infocus people.

planar isn't widely known by far to the average joe in progectors, then couple that with when the 7060 came out and how much the MSRP price tag was with darkchip3/DLP technology. and you will see. the planars are hard to get a-hold of and.....

the deal is with mine i bought it used of a dude wanting to dump it off for a newer 1080p PJ and also it came used/with 600hours on the bulb--so it was a roll of the dice as you know bulbs can run you a few hundred.

but yeah i'm gonna build my own screen for it too. ask mark, lol.. my mom is a seamstress.. so i just happenly have someone who can sew anythine and build any/hang type thing etc.....

so yeah i'm gonna build a frame and use black out=cloth/window fabric etc since that's what shee doessss hehe.

my built frame will support 100++ nothing less. cause like i said it all depends on the the throw ratio/keystone for adjusts/then you got other factors etc.
but yeah ...

if you need a screen and size let me know we'd build it for a homie for parts cost.

ps-i paruse the for sale forums at http://www.avsforum.com/ for people selling used deals on pjs. tat's how i got mine. luck of the draw... dude was uprading i guess to 1080p... i have a rare eye disease in my eye(coats' disease) so anything over 720p really doesnt do jack for me lol..
