Good Road in KC area ....??
Just got my Z last week.
I'm looking for some good "fun" roads around KC?
Where do you like to drive your Z??

Hey, man.. congrats on the purchase. Good to see another local Z. Where are you in the KC area?
There are a few fun roads out here, but not many that aren't torn up in some way. My favorite right now is old Noland (south of 40 Hwy., heading towards the drag strip). There are also a few side-roads off Noland that are one-lane, and you'd be hard-pressed to get into 4th gear at all going through there). Fun, but there are deer . . . oh, and the occasional car.
Blue River Rd. (south KC, out where it meets Red Bridge) is not bad, but a little rough on the ride.
There are some decent roads by Longview Lake, now that I'm thinking about that area.
Then there are some fun stretches of I-35 and I-435 going from MO to the Kansas side.
There are others, I just can't think of them right now.

Thanks...
I'm on the Kansas side ...out west.
I haven't found any neat spots near me.
There are also some sweet spots around Parkville and up to Weston.
But generally the roads in Kansas --BORING.
I guess I'll have to take a day trip down in the Ozarks!
Peace

Will have to check out the spots you mentioned, and I've no doubt the Ozarks would be a blast.

Just moved from Olathe
Yeah, generally, hills are required for the purpose of curvey roads. However, long straight open roads aren't all bad either. You can have a little fun flying down I-70 West, or other paved roads like HWY 40...just watch out for cops, deer, other cars, etc.!
Driving on roads around bodies of water can be fun...Olathe Lake or others a bit further west. HWY 40 between Lawrence and Topeka (take 6th street in Lawrence on west) is an absolute blast! HWY 24 between KCKS and Topeka can be fun too.
Keep it between the curves
