I rolled my car out on the driveway, free car wash today!

68 MPH winds at LRAFB, blew roofs off some houses and flipped some cars according to the news here in Little Rock... possible tornado.

I may try to go, but my Z looks like crap right now. It got hit with a shopping cart and I spun it off the road in the flash flood and scratched the hell out of my drivers side side-skirt

 

Two tore through base. Damage on the front of my car and under side. No power. Lots and lots of damage to the base.

 

Damn, that sucks. I hope everyone there is okay.

 

From what I've gathered there were no injuries. This is one of those times where the "parenting" of the military paid off.. If they didn't force everyone inside well before they hit there would be MANY casualties.

Lots of houses on base are flattened, have trees through them, or a brick wall and no roof like my friends place.. A wing got ripped off of a plane here.. goes to show what actually tore through this place.

I believe they are flying in emergency support from other bases for relief. Army is here and I've seen several aircraft fly over that obviously are not ours. This should all be on the news.

 

Glad you're alright. I was getting calls until 3am for recalls and reporting.

 

I survived as well!! Z was parked in the garage thank god so it didnt even get a drop of rain...we have a couple trees down at my house but nothing major. Glad everybody is ok!

 

My car and I are both are alright. It got scary in my area for a while.

yup...i'm still alive. my sleep schedule has been jacked up though. day after tornado hit the base, i went in to work yesterday @6, worked a 24hr shift (had to setup shelter in place for some ppls at the clinic) n i came home @8 this morning. i'm not too sure about friday though...the thing is, i don't get outta work till about 5 so it'll be kinda tough for me to meet up at 430...i can meet up w/ y'all later that night to go check out the movie though. if someone can gimme a call @ 916524793 n lemme know of the whereabouts, i'd appreciate it.
