Default regular shops in OKC

well im sick of my car runnin like crap so are there any decent shops that are able to do a rebuild around okc? i dont trust/like any of the dealerships around here so im trying to stay away from them. im probably needing my rings replaced at the minimum from all the oil i burn so i want to find a place that knows what they are doing and can be trusted...any ideas guys?

Just an FYI my brother-in-law races muscle, but he said that import and muscle cars alike don't respect abel racing. He said they never put anything worth a damn out of their shop. Not trying to bash, just saying be cautious.
