HAZCC May DayZ CruiZe, May 22
From the Kansas City based Heart of America Z Car Club website. This is open to all whether you're a member or not.
Mark your calendars! The May DayZ CruiZe has been set for Saturday, May 22. This will be a May DayZ CruiZe like no other.
Our destination is Ha Ha Tonka State Park located just outside Camdenton, MO. I cruised there Friday and it is a gorgeous park. The "crown jewel" is an old burned out castle which overlooks the lake. Besides the gorgeous park and scenery there is a REALLY zweet road running through it.
This will be a BYOP Cruize-as in Bring Your Own Picnic lunch. You will be responsible for bringing your own meal and drinks. I'll do my best to reserve a shelter house.
You might also want to bring hiking shoes as there are some great trails which will surely help you stretch your legs.
Meeting time and place will be announced later.
In the event of bad weather we'll reschedule in June.
