The second picture is great the quarter panel lines are nice and not overly done.

 

idk really since i never seen RPF1 fs used, but i see used crappy condition TE37 with unoriginal paint or curb rashed sell for $2.3k - $2.5k. These are discontinued LE37 in fairly good condition with fairly new tires + Rays duraluminum lug nuts. RPF1 go for $1.1k - $1.2k new in stagger setup.

since this is a feeler make me an offer i cant refuse. original plan is to buy new since they dont go for much and keep my LE's, but if the offer is good i'd trade now instead of saving and waiting

RPF1s seem to hold their value like no other wheels on earth. I've seen several listings here and on zilvia where people want new or even higher than new prices for used wheels (based on vendor quotes here). I'm guessing it's due mostly to the high demand. The only way you'll find a deal used is if there are decent tires included in the sizing you want, so you're probably better off just buying new.
