Any meets going down in S.Fla? Had the z for a month now wants to meet up with the locals.

What:

I'm starting up a local Gainesville-VQ Group.

We'll meet up the first Tuesday of each month and guess what ? August 1 is the first meet! That's Tomorrow!

Where:

Behind the Hungry Howie's on 39th Ave.

If coming from the university, head West on University Ave to 43rd St. and make a right (heading north). Drive down to 39th Ave and make a left (heading West) Half mile down the road, you'll see a strip mall complex with a block buster and a hungry howie's. That's where we'll be.

Hey, anyone know where to go for parts LOCALLY??? Just got the z about 3mos ago, got a few cosmetics, but would love to be able to physically go somewhere and buy my parts....

 

There's a lot of Ft. Lauderdale and Miami 3 owners here.. I can't wait to get a 350z.. im really looking into it, i might go to the dealership today to test drive one.

 

Not sure either about local places, I've had the Z now for about a month have gotten everything online and from my dealers Weston Nissan.

 

Yeah same here, but I really like places such as Murrays Speed & Custom, where you can physically go and see/inspect what you are buying...only problem is they dont have much for the Z/G....

Anyone else want to chime in let me know!!!

 

I saw there is a meet this Sat. August 12th down on Hollywood beach any of you guys plan on stopping by? I'll try and come by for a bit I have to work in the afternoon.

I'm sort of new to this site and I haven't read most of this post,so I don't yet know if there are any Z owners from here in Marion County.
That means that most of what I say here is meaningless..except,didn't I see a census somewhere that showed Florida as the #2 or #3 ranking state for the sheer number of Z-cars???

In Miami there is no shop to really get the parts at a great price. You can definitely find the parts cheaper online. The closest place to Miami that you could probably go physically might be Japtrix but that's a little bit of a drive from Miami.
