Default Bad/Good experiences with Mike Erdman or Nissan of Melbourne's service dept?

I live in Melbourne but bought my car at Mike Erdman in Merritt Island. My new Z is due for service in a few weeks. I want to take it to the best. Any help dealing with either of these dealers - (Mike Erdman in Merritt Island or Nissan of Melbourne) service departments would help me. Thanks in advance!

Nissan of Melbourne is a bunch of *****'s. I had to fight with them to get my tranny, which was grinding bad, replaced. An obvious grind they "Could Not Replicate". I had to force him to go for a test drive with me. Still gave me **** afterwards. I showed him how it grinds when you drive it like this. His resopnse... don't drive it like that then. He did end up repacing it. Way too much effort to get a trans replaced with a warranty I paid for.

Go somehwere else.

Respect

I live in Melbourne as well but bought my Z from Fischer Nissan in Titusville. I am yet to find a GREAT dealership. Melbourne Nissan "couldn't replicate" a few things which really pisses me off. Fischer Nissan has been good to me but its almost an hour drive.
