Anyone seen the blue 350 with "SEXZ" for the plate? Was suprised the DMV approved it.

yea does anyone here know how to do the rear bumper mod?
im running the single power agency and want to see the purty rainbow colors on it
tried the mod once and got no where
went bought 4 self tapping screws, attempted, got pissed and cussed my exhaust out.
