Pretty busy. We have been building a new shop. I was at VIR weekend before last. You missed a good event.

We hope to have some video of it at the meeting.

Been a while since I've seen you on the boards. WHo's car is the video from?

 

I expect some from Mark and Roddy both. They put on a good show in the Red group. There should be some good footage of Roddy getting the last rubber off of his first set of tires in the sessions just before the TT.

Both did very well. Roddy was fast as usual, but Mark has gotten a lot faster of the past year. They are getting quite a bit of respect for the old Z cars from those driving modern fast machines. When will we see you out there again?

 

Roddy does run his car hard. He gets the most bang for the buck. Mark stepped up for some new tires. He tends to be more conservative by nature. His car has one strong engine in it though....

I have been busy with getting the new shop done. Taking the car apart while a move was coming did not seem smart. My daughter is also at UNC. I don't want to over spend on car stuff if more for her program is needed.

Combine that with Goodyear stopping production of the bias ply 16"x10" slick @ $950.00 per set and the radials are $1750.00 a set makes me hold up a bit. The car is in one piece so there is no real rush.
