Do you go through Lake Butler? I see a white one as I'm going to work thats headed towards Gainesville. I saw a blue one at Best Buy Monday, and a Silver Infiniti at Target this past weekend. I'm hopefully getting a silver 05/ or 0/6 roadster from South East Car Agency since they are actually up-front with pricing.

 

I was at butler plaza on Monday. Did the Z look like this

Best Buy is in the Butler Plaza area --- Archer Road right? It was a Blue 350 but i only saw the front.....I was thinking to myself "hey I wonder if someone bought the new one from the showroom at the Nissan place"

right now a sad little coupe Alero. Car Agency said they could get me a Roadster from Auction. Hopefully I will have a silver roadster.

 

Saw this in the event forum, was wondering if maybe we could do a big Gainesville ride down...anyone else going?

So today, I go on my lunch break around 5:20 and see a Black Z and a Silver Z (with blacked out tails and head lights) in the parking lot about 2 spots away from each other (at Best Buy)...then as I get into my car I look at the side street by Best Buy an see an '07 black roadster...then driving down SW 34th see a DB Z. Then went to the kangaroo on SW 34th an saw a very very attractive girl in a black G35 with very dark tins, probably 20%.

Good day in good ol' Gainesville, Fl for the Z's!

I'm going to (weather permitting) try to make the track next week. Hopefully it will stay cool (but lose the rain) and I can set some even better times. It would be fun to see some other Z's out there, and I'd bet you guys would have a blast (even if just watching its fun).

If anyones interested let me know, maybe we can meet before going and grab a sub or something.

 

hey Leor. how's it going? sorry i never got back to you.. i've been pretty busy with grad school. but we should get some beers some time and plan your mods.

 

yeah man i understand, work has been crazy and i'm starting up another business, so i totally understand. but hey let me know when you're down to get some beers, perhaps stubbies or something. got lots of planning to do...hopefully their will be a meet soon or something.

 

Do any of you guys know a GOOD paint shop? Also a good place I can get powercoating done to my wheels?? Either in Gainesville or around us...

 

GT motorcars is ok. Half of the work I've seen has been exccellent. Half of it mediocre. Everything I've had them paint was good, but who knows. If you ever want to go in I know Bob (the owner) and would gladly meet you there (work across the street).

I can't say their work is always perfect though. Cheap at least....

 

Sounds like a good plan! Where is that located? That would be great if you were willing to meet me there, I got keyed a while ago and want to know how much it'll cost to fix plus powdercoat wheels!

Its between depot and SW16th Ave. on Main street. Just across from the Winn-Dixie. I think its SE 13th Road, but I'd have to look it up. I work on SW 11th so its literally 2 blocks.

anyone in the ville want to buy my exhaust? it's the injen td straight tip (not titanium tip version). i already spent the money so i'm looking to sell it quick!

if not, does anyone have a stock exhaust they are willing to give up since carlos terrorized mine?
