Jackson moves like a boxer, Liddell just flails his punches, had it come to a strength match, Jackson would have man handled him as well. It's easy to outpower people when your stronger then them especially with Liddells "berserker in your face" striking, he just met his match. He knew he couldn't get away with that with Rampage which is why for about a solid minute in the first round he kept his distance and tried to stay away, he was hoping Rampage would take chase and he would catch him with a good lucky hit, didn't happen.

Pride fighters seemed to be at level above UFC and many of them crossed into the UFC....But now that the UFC took Pride it's a different game. A lot of people didn't even know what Rampage was from or what he's done, so they automatically assumed Liddell would "kill" him, hence all the pre fight commentary, of "Liddells gonna take it, I would put my money on him!"

 

Still, there will be a third. MAYBE Lidell will keep up his gaurd, not keep his hands so low and let a high looping fist come putting him on his ***.

Maybe Dana White will let the next one be free like the Ortiz and Shamrock fight?

Silva from Pride seems to be the only one from there that hasn't fared well in the UFC.

 

The fight went just as I predicted it would. Chuck gets knocked the **** out and to all those that put money on the fight my pocket thanks you HA HA!

 

i think if he had another chance now he'd be one of the top fighters. he gave Rampage the beating of his life, and boy can Rampage take a beating
