Bill Ray Nissan Servise Review "Orlando Area"
Dropped the car off this morning at 7:30AM with a check engine light that I know is no big deal to get fixed and turned off and a "clunk" sound from the rear at slow speed and rough road.
Chuck is my underwriter and was very nice took all my info and warrenty info. Gave me a full VIN check on the car and tells me that it should be done by 5:00PM the same day!! Then has a shuttle take me to work for free.
So far so good....I'm gonna keep this updated through out the process. It is so hard to find a good dealership to work on your car and I know there are alot of Orlando Zs in here.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It is now 2:30 and I just got a call from Chuck. The fuel Evaporater Valve is bad setting of the check engine light, $360 to repair. Also the "clunk" sound is bad sway bar linkages in the rear, 261 to fix. Non of it covered under my extended warrenty and 2-3 days to get parts
All and all good service but **** on extended warrenties!!!
I would recommend very fast service and friendly.

They do good work, their part prices are ridiculous though. $750 for a stock 17" rim. If I didn't desperately need a new rim (broken rim causing tire leak) I'd buy one online for less than half that.
Nevermind their service manager accusing me of damaging my own armrest when the material split in the heat (end of the workday when I get back to my car, I notice the armrest has split and there's an oily like substance around it). Now I get to pay $480 for a door finisher too.
Are any other dealers in town any better? I guess that's standard dealer etiquette.
