I will let everyone know as soon as i do. As for the gf and parents well they just told me I learned my lesson and to stick to straight roads but I wont be driving up there for a month or two till I know the new limits off teh car and the setup thats about to go in. Plus this time if it starts raining Ima be the granny driver of the group WAY in the back haha

Have you ever thought about going to a performance driving school, they can teach you so much about how to handel a car in almost any situation(not trying to rip on you, but you know this). My pops taught me at a young age like we discussed on the way home. Good luck bro and you got my number so hit me up sometime.

Oh Im coming but I think Im riding shootgun in Chris's car since mine will probably just be done getting fixed and getting the STS turbo put in.

Yeah I need to go to one of them driving school next on my list after the turbo.

There are alot here in GA(home of racing), they are called HPDE(high preformance drivers education) I beleive. Alex talk to sharif about it, Im sure him or Devon, Michael, or Chris(FP crew) will be able to let you know where to go. It will be a great thing to do and will help your confidence when driving your car(no your cars limits), now more than ever since you are going to be boosting.

 

I might just do that, I been wanting to take some lesson for awhile. I"ll google HPDE GA and see.

 

Yeah I will I mean i tested the limits in the roads around my house but they are nothing compared to the mtns... I just overestimated the handling...

 

Duma if you really want to go with me I will let you know once I find out info. I will be asking Sharif about what he recomends and take it during this downtime I have.

 

Don't feel discouraged from driving up there. There is nothing wrong with taking it easy. And rain is always a and it is especially important to know how your tires react to rainy conditions.

 

Yeah Im not discouraged just have to go up there a couple of times by myelf and learn the roads plus I dont think Ima go back up till I take that class.

Nope it goes up on the lift tomorow. But I did get a nice $160 dollar bill from the tow truck guy when he told me and Keith's dad that it would be free.. when my tow truck guy first got up there they wanted $375

 

Damn that sucks. I didn't know they wanted that much.

 

Me either mister tow truck driver told us it would be free. And the owner was a straight up a$$hole about it all
